I wont say that Mr. Ali Abbas is neither pessimist not optimist but possibilist every now & then no matter what circumstances are around or which task is given to him. He views things through helicopter view keeping himself apart from the phenomenon and comes up with a appropriate solution always. In the beginning of his career he had can do attitude and by this he accomplished many impossible tasks with excellence but now with the passage of time i observed a big change in his personality and that is strategic in depth. The person having vision of conducting public and professional seminars by country's top speakers, trainers, scholars and Intellectuals 5 years prior now thinking their effective utilization through same activity or media for the development of whole nation. In other words we can say that the person  who was perfect executor 5 years ago now become a perfect thinker and master mind specifically in development sector.
